Working days are as per calendar.

The 2nd and 4th Saturdays are treated as company pay but are often worked.

It is treated as a holiday workday.

Hours are from 8:00 to 17:00, with the company meeting at 6:30 in the morning and moving to the job site.

Breaks are 30 minutes at 10:00, 1 hour at 12:00, and 30 minutes at 15:00.

Overtime is paid at 1.25x and 1,35x, according to the law.

On average, there are roughly 10-15 hours per month, but it is not always.

We don't want to work overtime, so we only do it when we have to.
